NODE's rapid hydration formula is built on three things:

Real fruit juice — provides the natural sugars your body needs to fully absorb the included electrolytes. Not concentrate. Not flavouring. Real juice.

Essential electrolytes — sodium for fluid retention and nerve function, potassium for muscle function and fluid balance, magnesium for energy and recovery.

Filtered water — the foundation. Everything else just makes it work better.
